Rating and Review System

By signing up to BeRenting and agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that BeRenting Inc. offers a rating and review system, allowing landlords to rate tenant profiles and tenants to rate properties and landlords. By participating in this system, you grant BeRenting Inc. the right to display and share your ratings and reviews on our platform and you agree to be rated and / or reviewed by other parties on the platform, as well as with third parties, as necessary. You further agree not to take legal action against BeRenting Inc. or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or partners, based on the rating and review system, including any ratings or reviews you receive or give. You understand that BeRenting Inc. is not responsible for the content of ratings and reviews submitted by users, and any disputes regarding such content should be resolved between the involved parties.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, your sole and exclusive remedy for any problems or dissatisfaction with BeRenting Inc. is to stop using our services. In no event will BeRenting Inc. or its owners, affiliates, employees, licensors, or service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, BeRenting Inc., its content, or services.
